Sangam - Group Vocals Competition
Criterion - The composition can be in any Indian language.
Time Limit - 7 (5+2) mins.
Judgment - On the co-ordination between the vocalists of the group, composition chosen and the performance as a whole.
Accompaniments - Drums, Tabla, Congo, Harmonium, Bass Guitar, Electric Guitar, Acoustic Guitar will be provided.
General Rules/Info - The performance should have at least 4 vocalists and at most 4 instrumental accompanists.
Maximum Participation - 2 groups from a single college/institute. The entries cannot have any common participant.
Fuson-Eastern Band/Fusion Music Competition
Criterion - The composition can be from any Indian Language or can be a purely instrumental one. As the name might suggest, fusion music/self composed piece will be allowed as well as other songs from the Indian sub-continent.
Time Limit - 12 (10+2) mins.
Judgment - On the composition chosen/made and the performance as a whole.
Accompaniments - Drums, Tabla, Congo, Harmonium, Bass Guitar, Electric Guitar, Acoustic Guitar will be provided.
General Rules/Info - The performance should have at most 3 vocalists and at least 3 instrumental accompanists. The maximum no. of performers can be 12.
Maximum Participation - 2 groups from a single college/institute. The entries cannot have any common participant.
